Abderahmane Rechima founded Stratevera in 2025. Prior to this he spent six years in the consulting industry where he undertook a central role in the management and development of a marketing agency that aimed to help SME in Ireland to create and tailor marketing plans. Today, Abderahmane is the current director of Stratevera.

He specialises in helping SMEs in Ireland solve and discover challenges across all areas of clients businesses. Abderahmane also leads statutory consulting appointments such as audits and advisory services. His advisory sector experience includes;
