About the Role

As Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for SMEs, ensuring they receive clear communication, timely project delivery, and visible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients.

  • Oversee project delivery schedules and consultant outputs.

  • Produce progress and impact reports for clients.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years in account management, client success, or project management.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships.

  • Proficiency with digital tools and project management systems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
