About the Role
As Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for SMEs, ensuring they receive clear communication, timely project delivery, and visible results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
Oversee project delivery schedules and consultant outputs.
Produce progress and impact reports for clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years in account management, client success, or project management.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
Proficiency with digital tools and project management systems.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
