About the Role

As a Data Analytics Consultant, you’ll work with SMEs to transform raw business data into actionable insights. From sales performance and customer behaviour to operational efficiency, you will design and deliver reports that help business owners make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse SME data from multiple sources (finance, sales, operations).

• Build dashboards and reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Present insights in clear, non-technical language to business owners.

• Support decision-making by recommending practical, data-driven strategies.

• Work closely with other consultants to connect analytics with operations and profitability improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

• Strong skills with Excel/Google Sheets and at least one BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).

• Ability to interpret data and translate it into business recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills for non-technical SME audiences.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Additional certifications in BI/analytics tools are an advantage.
