About the Role

As a IT & Digital Tools Consultant, you will help SMEs select, configure, and train staff on digital platforms such as CRMs, project management tools, automation apps, and cloud systems. Your focus will be on providing straightforward, affordable solutions that businesses can easily adopt.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable digital tools.

• Configure, integrate, and optimise platforms for specific workflows.

• Provide user training and create simple how-to guides.

• Stay up to date with affordable SaaS solutions for SMEs.

• Support clients with ongoing troubleshooting and system adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience with digital platforms (CRM, automation, project management).

• Hands-on experience setting up and configuring tools.

• Ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users.

• Strong interest in digital innovation for small businesses.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.

• Certifications in relevant platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, etc.) preferred.
