Verify your right to work in Ireland if an employer requests it.

Depending on what you provide, this may include:
Name, phone number, email address, and current location.
Age or date of birth (optional).
Visa or work permission status.
Education and work background, CV or résumé.
Job preferences, availability, and skills.
We collect only information that is necessary for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Under Article 6 of the GDPR, our legal grounds for processing include:
Consent: You voluntarily submit your information for job placement purposes.
Contract: Processing is necessary to consider you for roles or to communicate with employers on your behalf.
Legal Obligation: To comply with Irish employment and immigration law.
Legitimate Interest: To maintain a secure and efficient recruitment operation.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Your data may be accessed only by:
Authorised Stratevera Recruitment staff involved in matching candidates to roles.
Verified employers and partners after your explicit consent.
IT service providers (Google Workspace, Squarespace etc.) that store data securely within the EEA.
All third parties must sign confidentiality and data-processing agreements before receiving any information.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). Access is password-protected and restricted to authorised personnel only. We routinely review security measures and maintain audit logs to prevent loss or misuse.
Data Retention
We retain your data for up to 12 months from the date of submission.
If you are not placed in a role within that period, your record will be securely deleted unless you ask us to stay on file for future opportunities.
You may request deletion earlier at any time by contacting info@stratevera.com
Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to:
Access a copy of your data.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
Restrict processing or object to it.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data Breach Procedure
In the unlikely event of a data breach:
We will contain and assess the incident immediately.
Notify the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) within 72 hours if there is any risk to your rights.
Inform affected individuals without delay where necessary.
International Transfers
We do not transfer data outside the EEA. If a transfer ever becomes necessary, we will use EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure equivalent protection.
